In no event shall Jayure Enterprise be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages including, but not limited to:

Whether arising in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service giving rise to the claim or ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred), whichever is lower.

• Fire
• War
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions

• Labour strikes

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
